This week (27th - 29th September 2013) at the Pradillo Theatre in Madrid, Calle Pradillo, 12 I will be attending several working sessions to open and discuss new methodologies being used in the creative practice of several emerging artists. Curated by Diana Delgado-Ureña, this week the working processes of Tamara Ascanio, Anto Rodríguez and Antía Otero will be shared and dialogues about their artistic practice and research will be initiated.
The program emerges when time and space to discuss emergent artistic practices, particularly in Spain, is rare and increasingly difficult to source. The projects featured are extensions of investigative work commenced in the context of the Masters in Performing Arts and Visual Culture run by the University of Alcalá de Henares.
The working sessions are expected to take place once a month and are an extension of a series of sessions held last year, thanks to the generous support of the Ministry of Culture.
